Our Service to you
- Assess your existing space to identify the available options, taking into account budget and planning restrictions in order to provide a comprehensive outline.
- We can provide a design service incorporating interior and exterior emphasis. This aesthetically driven design process takes into account characteristics of the property and client's personal tastes. We put particular emphasis on working with you.
- Draw up architectural drawings which we submit for the appropriate planning and building control approvals. If required.
- Monitor and inform clients as to progress of approvals, liaising with the planning authorities, structural engineers and architects on our client's behalf.
- Schedule a start date which coincides with the approvals being achieved and our your personal commitments.
We take care of all licenses with regard to skips, scaffolding and Building Control Officers from the Local Authority.
- We aim to minimise the disturbance to you and your home.
- On completion of building works we have a meeting to ensure that work is completed to your satisfaction.
